Hopefully all the information required is available somewhere on the Frisky pages. However, a summary of the most frequently asked questions is set out below:
If I order a hamper today, when will it be delivered?
We aim to deliver all parcels within two working days from receipt of order, unless other date is specified at time of order.
Why does delivery cost £8.00?
Delivery includes careful protective packing of your parcel, as well as the physical delivery charge.
Are there discounts if I order several hampers?
Maybe. There are no hard and fast rules as each situation is unique so please contact us to discuss this further.
What happens if my parcel does not arrive?
This would be a first for us! All parcels have a track-and-trace system associated with their dellivery so it is always possible to know at what stage of its journey a parcel is in at any point in time. You also receive notification of these details so you can keep an eye on this yourself.
I need a diabetic gift?
No problem! Frisky Partridge is all about bespoke so please contact us and we can work out the right gift at the right price for you.
Can I send hampers overseas?
Maybe. Delivery is possible to various EU countries and Switzerland but there will be a delivery supplement. We do not despatch to the US as each State has its own particular Customs requirements. We have tried to find a solution to this but nothing so far has worked; sorry!
Can I change some of the products in the hamper I want to send?
Yes. Please Contact Us (link to Contact Us page) to arrange your own bespoke hamper.
What is the shelf-life of a hamper?
Depends on the particular hamper selected. Clearly fresh foods such as cheeses and home produced chutneys have shorter shelf-lives. Other products can last for years. In general the range is designed to last so a recipient does not have to eat everything day one!
Can under 18’s purchase a hamper?
No. The majority of our hampers contain alcohol of some form. We are licensed for the sale of alcoholic products in the UK but to over 18’s only. Please respect this and save both you and us any embarrassment down the line.
How do I pay?
Our payment process is handled by one of the UK’s leading businesses, Sagepay. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. You can also use paypal if you prefer. All transactions are processed by Sagepay and the card details are not retained by us. Sagepay uses 3D secure on all payments to ensure there are no problems for you or for us.
Can I receive an invoice and pay that?
Yes. Generally this is for larger multiple-orders and for businesses that are known to us. If you want to pay using this method please contact us to discuss.
