Delivery

 
The method by which a present is received is almost as important as the present itself.
 
Starting with the above mantra, it is obvious that we take delivery very seriously.  Nearly every item in the Frisky range is fragile so we need to ensure that all parcels arrive on time and in one piece.  That is the aim and that is what we deliver.
 
All orders are normally delivered within two working days of the order being received.  Of course, if delivery is needed for a specific date then this can be arranged and please add this as an instruction in the “Special Instructions” box at the checkout page.   NB. Saturday, specifically timed or overseas deliveries incur a supplement and please do contact us to clarify how much these are.  You can place your order in the normal way and we will add the supplement once this is confirmed to you and agreed.
 
We use Parcelforce or UPS for all orders despatched in the UK.  Parcelforce in particular give a very reliable track and trace service.  When your present is despatched from Frisky HQ, you will receive an email notification from Parcelforce confirming all the arrangements.  This gives you total control and knowledge over the progress of your gift and when it is delivered.  Sometimes, a recipient may not be at home (if the present is being sent to a domestic address) when delivery is attempted and Parcelforce give the recipient the opportunity to collect the present from their local Post Office;  brilliant and easy but it is very much the choice of the recipient if they want this.
 
We have tried numerous delivery companies over the years.  In an ideal World, we would deliver all parcels ourselves but obviously this is not practical on a nationwide basis.  If you feel we can improve or we should be considering alternative companies, then please do contact us and let us know. 
 
We charge a standard P&P fee of £8.00 per item.  This fee includes the careful packing of your present (in many cases the individual items within a hamper are individually wrapped) in addition to the outer packing case, as well as the delivery charge.  There are no discounts for multiple deliveries as the charge is per parcel per destination.
